The Aim
The seminar is designed to provide delegates with both an effective framework and the necessary skills for improving telecommunications efficiency including fixed lines, mobiles and telephone equipment. In addition it covers some of the newer technologies such as VoIP, ADSL, GPRS, 3G, etc. to give you sufficient understanding to decide if they are of any benefit to your organisation.

The seminar is aimed at all levels, including first time and experienced managers. It will benefit anyone who is responsible for telecommunications within their business.

The Training Method
An interactive blend of open forum, discussion and case studies. Delegates are encouraged to draw on and share their own experiences and direct their focus onto areas that they would like to improve.

The Learning Outcomes
The delegates will understand the need for a systematic approach to the identification of their existing infrastructure. This will include the importance of recognising the company’s call profiles, identifying the market environment applicable and formulating a roadmap using new and existing technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
